Meet the Team
Aaron Brown
Aaron is a native of Hampton Falls; his ancestors on his father and mother's side both go back to the settling of the town. Aaron has obtained his master's degree in business administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics in Durham, NH. He has been in the real estate industry since 1993 and is skilled at evaluating investment opportunities, project feasibility and financial planning issues. Aaron and his wife Maureen (a teacher at Main Street School in Exeter), and sons Jacob, Samuel and Henry reside in ther new home in Exeter, NH.
Karen Kulberg
As a life-long resident of the seacoast area, Karen has knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. Karen has a solid reputation as a realtor who cares about her clients, practices honest salesmanship and works hard to get the job done right.
With her past experience in the field of education, she is able to use her skills as a negotiator, arbitrator, and advocator to help her clients meet their needs to purchase or sell a home. Charlene Macdonald
Charlene and her husband Steven are homewoners in Hampton, NH. She has two children, Craig and Tyler, who have been active in local sports for many years. An active volunteer in the community for many years, she has become a well-known and valuable citizen of Hampton. During her first year as a Real Estate Agent, Charlene was awarded the Seacoast Booard of Realtors Rookie of the Year. Since then she has developed a successful career by building a reputation for service and understnding. Her knowledge fo the local communities, their schools and the recreational facilities, makes her the best choice for Buying or Selling a home in the Seacoast area.
Amy Delia
Amy is a New Hampshire native and graduated from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics with a Business Adminstration degree in 2000. Amy dedicates her time and career to deliver quality service to buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire's seacoast. Amy will work efficiently to make all your real estate goals a reality.
